   Time    : 7.30pm – 12AM (Mixed Malaysian Buffet)

Dear All Valued Members,

The Chairman & Organizing Committees cordially invite your good self to nominate and propose
any member/s in benefit for the below awards & Contests:

          ( A )Outstanding Chef of The Year 2008
                   Criteria:-
                     Must be an Active Member in benefit
                     Membership of at least one full year on the date of award
                     Outstanding Achievement for the year in culinary field
                     Significant contributions to the Association & it’s objective
          ( B ) Most Promising Young Chef 2008
                   Criteria: -
                     Must be an Active Member in benefit
                     Membership of at least one full year on the date of award
                     Age between 17 – 24 years on the date of award
                     Outstanding Achievements for the year in culinary field
                 ST
          (C) 1 CAM FRIENDLY KARAOKE CHAMPIANSHIP 2008
                   Criteria: -
                     Open contest – Specially to all members & associated members & friends
                     No age limit strictly for fun & a lot of prize to win yah!!!
                     First come first serve basic ( we only except maximum12 nominations for
                        the contest)

We are also pleased to inform that members are encouraged to submit your children’s academy
achievement for last year for consideration of incentive awards. Minimum achievements are an
average of 80% & above yearend result. Full details are available at Club House 04-2268659 or call
Chef Thomas h/p # 012-4370525. Closing date for submission is 16th November 2008.
For members who had worked for 20, 25, 30, 35 & 40 years as at 30TH December 2008 in the
industry, Chef Wai would like to invite you to submit together with documentary proof of your
application for this long service awards. Closing date is 16th November 2008.

We are also pleased to inform that this year’s dinner admission is strictly by invitation only
(SORRY NO INVITATION CARD, NO ENTRY). In order to receive your invitation card and
enjoy the membership benefits, please ensure that your membership is updated and validated.
Membership renewal fee is Rm75.00, and for those whose membership already expired more than 3
months (From date of Renewal) will be charged at Rm100. Chef who wishes to bring their partner
must inform the committee in advance, latest by 01st December 2008, in order to enjoy the very
special rate (Rm100 per head). Walk in non-member would be charged Rm150 per head and will
be allotted difference table number. This also applies to last minute walk in for members.
