         Referred Candidates
» A Selecting Official or Supervisor may interview up to
   10 qualified applicants.
» If there are more than seven area one candidates and
   more than seven area two candidates, the top seven
   area one qualified applicants will be forwarded and
   the top three from the area two qualified applicants
   will be forwarded for consideration.
» If there are less than seven area one qualified
   candidates and less than seven area two qualified
   candidates; all qualified applicants will be forwarded
   not to exceed 10 qualified applicants.
