A minimum of 30 passengers is required for each bus. The approximate cost for shuttle service
is $125.00 return, but this amount will vary depending on the final number of passengers. We
will be preparing schedule and confirmed pricing by March 13th, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation by March 16th, 2009.

Please complete one form for each group of passengers traveling together. If
passengers are not traveling together, complete one form per person.
