Program: As a member of the 2008 ALA SRRT Feminist Task Force Amelia Bloomer Project Committee Dana Campbell has had an opportunity to familiarize herself with many titles for youth (ages 0-18) with strong female characters. Please join her at this program as Dana discusses the Amelia Bloomer Project and book talks the 2008 titles that made this year’s list. Goals/Objectives: 1. Participants will learn about the ALA Amelia Bloomer Project and how to obtain further information. 2. Participants will receive a feminist booklist for Youth for reader’s advisory and/or collection development. 3. Participants will have fun!
