If the dumbbells are too heavy, lighten the load. * For variation and complete pec development, perform this exercise on an incline bench set at a 45-degree angle. * Don't let your elbows come too close to your sides at the bottom of the move or the focus will shift from the pecs to the triceps. * For an added challenge, put your feet up on the bench or use an exercise ball to engage your core.
