							2009 California Personal Income Tax (PIT) Withholding
Schedules Changes
As a result of the recent State budget, changes to the California Withholding Schedules for 2009 have
been made. The new withholding rates can be found in the 2009 California Employer’s Guide.

Riverside County Office of Education has updated these rates as of 4/22/09 for all district employees.
The new withholding amounts will help minimize any potential tax liability employees may face when
they file their 2009 State personal income tax return.
