THE SOURCES OF VITAMINS Food rich in vitamin A cod-liver oil, liver, eggs, dairies,vegetables:carrots and spinach. The lack of vitamin A causes the stopage of growth and development, problems with sight and a bad condition of skin. Food rich in vitamin B1 yeast, oyster, liver, kidneys, heart and cereals. The lack of vitamin B1 results in paralysis, beriberi, problems with heart and respiratory system. Food rich in vitamin B6 yeast, spinach, liver, fish, bananas, wholemeal bread, nuts, potatoes. The lack of vitamin B6 causes irritation, depression, anemia, diarrhoea, dermatitis.
