Food rich in vitamin A
cod-liver oil, liver, eggs, dairies,vegetables:carrots and spinach. The lack of vitamin A causes the stopage of growth and development, problems with sight and a bad condition of skin.
Food rich in vitamin B1
yeast, oyster, liver, kidneys, heart and cereals. The lack of vitamin B1 results in paralysis, beriberi, problems with heart and respiratory system.
