A customer is a person who has been introduced to the Healthy Coffee products or other
products and purchases the product directly from you or off your ganobrand.com web

EVERYONE should be introduced to Gano Brand Healthy Coffee as a CUSTOMER
FIRST!

This is what sets us apart from all the network marketing products currently on the
market or ever in the history of network marketing. We have a consumable product that
most are currently using on a daily basis - coffee. Most people we have found just want to
consume the product and that’s it. Our products taste great, make people feel good and
the price is right.

Building a strong RETAIL customer base is going to be the strongest part of your
business as this brings in “immediate” income and the highest return. We have up to a
100% plus profit on all of our products when sold at full retail. The initial goal is to build
your business to “100 Customers.” Be patient. This could take several months or even
several years depending on how many people you introduce to Healthy Coffee one-on-
one, at tastings, events, shows, etc. We have found that a happy customer that is not
bogged down with the business opportunity will be your best referral source. People love
to share this product with others. Most people will be more than happy to help you build
“your” business. I think we would all agree today that people are just plain “opportunited
out”.


Let’s talk about Affiliates. (Building a GanoBrand Healthy Coffee Team)

As your customer base builds you will find that a few people will want to work with you
and build their own Healthy Coffee business, it just happens! Remember the only way to
truly build a successful Healthy Coffee business is to build with customers. Retail profits
provide the “absolute” best income for your business. Please make sure and qualify new
partners (affiliates) that you bring into your organization.

When someone approaches you asking about the business or “how can I get my product
cheaper”, you should ask the following questions:

   1. Are you looking to start a new business?
   2. Have you ever been involved in a network marketing business before?
3. What was the business, product, etc.?
4. How successful were you in your business?

At this point you should be able to determine if you are talking to a customer or a
potential partner.

Statistically 95-97% of people that have been involved in network marketing before
only joined to get the product at wholesale, basically a “customer”, and never spent
time building the business and most likely dropped out. It is very important to not
enroll a customer as an affiliate, as you have just eliminated the strongest stream of
income into your business - RETAIL. This statistic is true of most all network
marketing companies. They teach you to recruit “everyone” you know into your new
business as an affiliate. Guess what, if you enrolled 100 people in your new business
as an affiliate, at best 1-3 people will actually build this business. This way of
building a business only helps those at the very top of the pile. You will make pennies
on each purchase of your newly built “wholesale” customer business. By using the
“Customer First” approach you may very well end up with that 1-3 people that want
to build, but you have now built a rock solid customer base of 97-99 retail customers.
I suggest letting those few people that want to build a healthy coffee business come to
you. It is a very natural or what we like to call an “organic’ process of building.

The following is just an example of what 100 customers purchasing 3 boxes of 2-1
black coffee per month can provide:

One (1) customer purchases $47.85 (Three boxes of coffee at $15.95) per month =
$20.85 profit ($6.95 per box profit x three). Take $20.85 x 100 customers = $2085.00
per month income. Do you know if you just had 2 customers per month you are going
to make what the average person that works a network marketing business makes
building with affiliates only! 99.1% of people that join network marketing companies
“never” generate a positive income. This means they are paying more to use the
product than they receive in commissions. Statistically about 1/2% of people in
network marketing make the big money that everyone promises. I call this dream
chasing and it is usually the ½ percenters pitching the dream to you. I also love that
these are the guys that are talking about how they have done this in the past. My
question is, what happened and why are you having to do this again? With the
customer first approach you can truly build a strong Healthy Coffee business and
truly earn a good income, whatever you goal is without enrolling “one” affiliate and
with no “dream chasing”! We have done this very successfully for years and continue

above to figure out your goal!

Remember to also address with this potential affiliate that this is a business and there
