General Position Description:

    •    To insure world class customer care to Dreyer’s/Edy’s foodservice operators by flawless execution of both inbound & outbound
         call management and order fulfillment.




Reports To:                               Carlen Sabagquit, Manager, Customer Management Center


Location:                                 Pleasanton, CA

Relocation is not available for this position


Position Requirements:

    •    Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

    •    Must possess experience with being on phones & managing incoming/outgoing calls in high-paced environment

    •    Excellent verbal & written communication

    •    Must possess ability to multi-task between various applications

    •    Possess a proactive learner's attitude

    •    Customer-centric & resourceful

    •    Team-oriented & adapts well to change

    •    Must have ability to work under pressure

    •    Knowledge with and experience using MS Office: Word and Excel

    •    10-key by touch

    •    Provide prompt and professional communication to external and internal customers

    •    Foster teamwork within CMC team to insure support in maintaining quality customer care to foodservice
         operators

    •    Strive for continuous improvement within a “Grooves” based culture


Position Responsibilities:

    •    Primary responsibility is to efficiently manage all inbound calls via CMC’s toll free number to insure real-time customer contact and
         high service levels

    •    Complete all scheduled outbound calls to obtain daily ice cream orders

    •    Provide timely communication to foodservice operator with issues of product availability as needed

    •    Process daily ice cream orders to meet warehouse deadline and insure “perfect order” criteria with data entry accuracy

    •    Serve as first point of contact with handling standard inquiries, new accounts, and service issues

    •    Up-sell new products and promotions

    •    Maintain data integrity with CMC Customer Relationship Management MarketWare application to ensure updated & accurate
         account information at all times

    •    Process in-house Point-of-Sale (POS) requests for foodservice operators

    •    Provide administrative support as needed with direct mail projects and call campaigns
