Important Information
Requests are processed on a first-come first-serve basis. Forms must be received no later than two weeks prior to
your embarkation date. Tours often sell out; therefore, it is recommended you book early. Confirmations will be sent no
later than 14 days prior to sailing.
All tours cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival in the port where the tour is scheduled to operate are non-refundable.
Pre-ordered tours will be charged to your onboard account. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT.
An adult must accompany all participants under 18 years of age. Child prices are for those under 13. Consult the ship’s
Shore Excursion Desk regarding children under the age of 2.
Please refer to the enclosed Shore Excursion information for cancellation policies, restrictions and tour details. They can
easily be found in the sections entitled: “Helpful Tips”, “Tour Symbols” and “General Information.”
