                                                                                                                                        Dreams.” The audience came away from both presentations with a new ap-

                                                                                                                                        do. One person wrote to Thomas-EL, saying, “Your speech reminded me of
                                                                                                                                        why I picked this field in the first place…. It was so great to hear an empower-
