Provider Reminder Bulletin - Online Meetings

							          Reminder: Release 5 Online Meetings Start Soon!


Registration is Open for Release 5 “What’s New” Online June 16, 2009 Meetings!

As mentioned in last week’s Release 5 “Preview” Bulletin, there are lots of ways to
learn about coming changes.
One way is to attend an online meeting. Sessions begin this week let you learn and ask
questions about changes and improvements that aim to make EIM/ESM easier to use.

Who?        Sessions run under an hour and are designed for all EIM/
            ESM provider users.

What?       Meetings will review coming EIM/ESM changes.

Where?      Join online from the convenience of your office.

When?       Sessions re: Changes for all EIM/ESM users run from
            6/18/09 - 6/25/09;
            Sessions re: Specific program activities (see below) run
            from 7/15/09 - 8/25/09.

How?        Session registration is via PACE, the Commonwealth’s
            learning management system. Our registration job aid
            (under Training Events) helps you identify and register or
            session(s) you may wish to attend.


Program-specific online meetings complement the more general Release 5 Sessions:

         Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) meetings occur in July.
         Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) meetings occur in July and August.

Registration is now open now for these sessions, too. Please consult the registration job aid to sign up for learning
opportunities that best meet your needs.

Plans for Release 5 are heating up; final release
preparations are underway!

Watch for more news later this month. We will send a Release 5 Bulletin to users and post updated manuals and job aids on the
EIM/ESM site
