Signature’s Beginnings…

 Back at the dawning of the new millennium, Chicago area entrepreneur James Kropp founded a small business
venture with a rather large goal—connecting the country’s top aesthetic and medical service providers with a new,
eager customer base via the world wide web. Now, a decade later, SignatureForum has helped more than 100,000
people find, consult with, and rate reputable professionals in the fields of aesthetic medicine, home remodeling,

 “Our company went into business exactly when the dot com bubble burst, but it was the best thing that could
have happened to us,” says Kropp, who remains SignatureForum’s CEO. “Our initial idea was to put medical
practices on the web. With the collapse of the bubble, we were required to adjust our business on the fly to meet
marketplace needs. We quickly learned that consumers needed a trustworthy place on the internet to research a
whole cadre of services and businesses where there was no information available. We gave consumers the highest
levels of service possible through our websites and customer liaisons, and the next thing we knew, we were able
to expand our presence beyond the medical field into personal fitness and a number of services in the home, like
remodeling contractors. Providers in all industry segments began to knock down our doors trying to gain access to

Ten Years On, Reaching New Heights…

 Today, SignatureForum partners with more than 1,000 licensed service providers from coast to coast. Kropp’s
in-house team has grown, as well. In the Signature offices, an editorial department provides daily web content
updates, a full-service customer liaison center researches solutions for guest inquiries, and a client management
