                                    Objectives
          Seminar objectives:
              To provide an area for discussion and exchanges between the
               participants
              To favor the emergence of public and private cooperation
              To develop collaborative projects between France and Norway in
               the field of CCS
           Workshop objectives:
              To identify the needs of the industry and institutes
              To analyze, prioritize and validate the needs
              To analyze ways to address needs and competences to be
               mobilized
              To elaborate at least one collaboration which could be launched
           Specific WS3 Scope
              Include CO2 storage issues from the perspective of selection and
               qualification of geological storage sites onshore and offshore
              Not exclude other storage issues (liaise with WS4 as appropriate)
