LABELS Quick Fill MS WORD Creating a full sheet of labels with the same address is a snap when you know the shortcut. 1.Click TOOLS on Menu bar and select ENVELOPES & LABELS. 2. Create the first label (for example, your return address). 3. Select Print full page of labels 4. Click OPTIONS, and select Avery Standard- return address label #5167 (for small return labels) or whatever #Avery label you’re planning to use. 5. Select type printer you’re using, dot matrix or Laser and ink jet. 6. Select manual or auto feed ( I prefer auto feed) 7. Click OK and PRINT Good idea to print a full page as some adhesives will loosen with printing and if you try to run the same partial page through again, labels could peel and jam your printer. Note: When you wish to use a font other than the default, bring up a new document page. Select the font you wish and the size you wish. Type the name and address on this page and save it to a file, giving it a name e.g JeanLabel1.doc Now while the address you typed is on the new document screen, Select Tools...ENVELOPES & LABELS. The address you see now in the box is the one from the new document and is highlighted. Click in the white area to get rid of the highlighting. Select the label you wish to use. Be sure that PRINT FULL PAGE is selected. Print a trial sheet first on regular paper to be sure the addresses will align with the labels you've purchased before printing on labels.
