RSVP Project Specification
Create an online RSVP Management system for use by couples getting married. Use code from existing site and add additional functionally. COPYRIGHT Copyright will be transferred upon receipt of payment. Under no circumstances will the code be sold, reproduced or modified. The code will be made for exclusive use by A Lasting Impression Ltd. DESIGN Use demo design frame as guide for site http://www.eweddingbible.co.uk/RSVP640E created in adobe illustrator. The demo video will be changed as it was used for a promotion. The top, left and bottom of the page will be fixed. OVERALL WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS I should be able to update the content very easily (CMS). I would like the following facilities: Add/ Remove pages Add/ Remove jpeg images Modifiy text-size,font and typeface All send buttons should generate an auto response 2checkout to collect payments Client information in a database on a server. I should be able to generate reports from this information Ability to add RSS Feeds Form fill should be Wizard Style no need to scroll through forms User accounts Able to view/delete/modify accounts, their wedding webpage, guestlist data etc. Unable to view passwords. (Clients can use a forgotten password option) Ecommerce Based on the site map once a guestlist has been created to upload a payment of 99p per entry will be collected. i.e. when clients select upload a cart will appear with the item guest entry 99p and quantity will be the number of entries. Once this final payment has been received will the wedding webpages be generated. Content The content for the site is ready. However I would like to be able to add pages and content whenever required.
