1. Land to receive the poultry litter meets the land eligibility criteria in the AMA Manure
   Transfer / Nutrient Management Practice Guidelines, and the applicant agrees to the
   “Litter Use and Storage” and “Participant Responsibilities” in the Guidelines.
   Provide the participant a copy of the Guidelines and discuss them with him/her.

       Participant agrees to the requirements in the guidelines - Proceed
       Participant does not agree to the requirements in the guidelines – Do Not Proceed

2. A site assessment has been completed and the landowner has the necessary equipment
   to handle and spread the litter, and has a suitable storage site for the litter.
