       IN THE YEAR 2000, FUSI REAL ESTATE GROUP BOUGHT
       THE ENTIRE SHAREHOLDING OF THE BONAPARTE HOTEL
       GROUP, WHICH CONSISTED OF 8 4-STAR BUSINESS HOTELS.
       ALL LOCATED IN THE LOMBARDY REGION.
       WITH THE SPECIFIC AIM OF CREATING A NEW GROUP
       OF ITALIAN HOTELS, THE REBRANDING PROCESS WAS
       STARTED IN JULY 2001 WHEN UNA HOTELS & RESORTS
       WERE CREATED.

       FROM 2003 TILL TODAY THIS GROUP OF HOTELS HAS
       GROWN THROUGH THE ADDED OPENING OF FLORENCE,
       MALPENSA (MI), SCARPERIA (FI), BOLOGNA, CATANIA,
       NAPLES, VENICE, VERSILIA, CAVAGLIA’ (BI) AND THE NEW
       OPENING OF BARI, ROME AND MODENA.

       UNAWAY HOTELS CAME IN 2004 THESE ARE THE “BUDGET”
       LINE OF UNA HOTELS & RESORTS AND WERE
       TO REVOLUTIONIZE THE IDEA OF HOSPITALITY ALONG
       THE MAIN ROADS AND MOTORWAYS THANKS
       TO THEIR MODERN DESIGN BY GIUGIARO ARCHITETTURA
       AND OFFERING TAILOR-MADE SERVICE.
