The workout consists of only two exercises - standing dumbbell curls and standing overhead triceps extensions and can.serve as a great arm pump for the bodybuilding set either as a finisher to a high-volume arm workout or a standalone routine. When you complete your first eight reps, you go straight to a heavier weight for six, taking only as much time as necessary to adjust the dumbbells (if you're training at the gym, it'll be as quick as picking up the next set of dumbbells on the rack). [...] if you can't reach the prescribed number of ieps during a set, you don't put the weight down and rest - you hold it in whatever relaxed position you can until you're able to continue.
