EXECUTION * Position the barbell across your upper traps as you would for a squat. * Establish a firm base of support with one foot on the floor and the other atop a bench or box so your thigh is parallel to the floor. * Press into the bench with your lead leg to raise your entire body until your trailing foot meets your lead foot atop the bench and both legs are fully extended. * Hold the top position for two counts, then slowly lower back down to the starting position.
