                                              Sick Days Policy
Our company offers paid sick days. A sick day may be taken when an employee is ill and unable
to come to work. The company may, as circumstances require, ask the employee to provide a
doctor’s note or other documentation when the employee has been absent for more than three (3)
days.

A full time employee earns eight (8) hours of paid sick time per month. Part time employees earn
sick time according to a pro-rata schedule and can earn a maximum of one (1) full day per month
of employment. For the first six (6) months of employment, no sick time will be available to the
employee, but it will still accrue. You are not able to have more than sixty (60) days of sick leave
in your “account”. Employees are not paid for unused sick time, including after resignation or
termination. If sick time is less than a full work day, it is deducted in one (1) hour increments and
round up to the nearest hour.
