This policy outlines a company's rules and guidelines regarding employees' possession
of concealed weapons on company property. The policy establishes that employees
are not allowed to carry any weapon on property owned, leased to or controlled by the
company. Additionally, employees cannot carry concealed weapons anywhere
business is being conducted, including company events, venues, and trade shows. This
policy allows employees to carry weapons on or near the worksite only if written
authorization is given by the company president. This document should be used by

Concealed Weapons Policy
Employees of [Insert company name] may not, on any property owned, leased or
controlled by [Insert company name], possess or use any weapon. This restriction extends
to anywhere company business is being conducted, including company events and
venues, trade shows, restaurants, meeting rooms, company events or client locations.
Weapons include but are not limited to guns, knives, swords, explosives, chemicals or
any other objects that can be used to cause harm to another person.
This policy is in full force and effect regardless if the employee possesses a concealed
weapon permit. Weapons are prohibited on any company property, or anywhere where
company business is taking place.
The possession of a weapon is only authorized if it is approved in writing by the company
President, to allow security personnel or a trained employee to have a weapon for the
purpose of the safety and security of company employees.
Any employee who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary proceedings, up to
and including termination.
