									This is a document that outlines a company's return policy for customers. This return
policy has many customizable features to make sure the industry-specific needs of the
user are met, such as whether a receipt is required, whether the product must be
unopened or have original tags, whether there is a maximum period of time, and
whether the company will provide a full refund or store credit. This document is ideal for
small businesses that sell a product and want to establish a consistent return policy with
their clientele.
                                     Company Return Policy

We as a company pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service. If an item
does not meet your expectations in anyway, we encourage you to bring it back. We also
guarantee the guidance and advice that we give our customers. From time to time, our
company may offer suggestions to our customers. If the item is found to be
unsatisfactory, the item is returnable. [Insert any specific requirements for a valid return,
for example, is a receipt necessary, must the original tags still be attached, is there a
maximum period of time after which a return will not be accepted, etc.]

Returns and exchanges can be made at any of our stores, or by mail. If you purchased the
item online, please contact our Service Center.

If you are returning the item by mail:

Within the US: send the item via regular US mail. We suggest that you insure the item so
that it may be tracked. We are not able to accept COD packages.

Outside US: Ship ground, prepaid. Mark “US goods returning” on the outside of the
package to expedite delivery.

If you are exchanging an item, include sufficient postage to pay for the return shipment.
