CL LEAVE. ANY ACCRUED DAYS ABOVE THIS NUMBER WILL BE FORFEITED BY
EMPLOYEE. IT IS EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF HIS OR
HER OWN ACCRUED CL DAYS. ANY EMPLOYEE CAN CHECK WITH HUMAN

the right to use those accrued CL days, subject to the conditions in paragraph 2, above.

4. Our company _______________ [SELECT 'DOES' or 'DOES NOT'] allow Casual
Leave days to be divided and taken in "half-day" leaves. [OPTIONAL: IF HALF-DAY

{Instruction; If no half-day leaves are permitted, the Optional section of the above
paragraph should be deleted.}

5. The leave itself may be used at the discretion of the employee. The use of the time
however, must be approved in advance by the Human Resource Department.

6. Unless special circumstances exist, and an employee receives advance approval from
Human Resources, that employee may not use more than seven (7) consecutive accrued casual
leave days on any one occasion.

7. Casual leave may not be combined with any other type of leave.
