                                        Cell Phone Policy
Our company policy regarding cell phone usage applies to any and all mobile device that
makes and received calls, can access the internet, download reading material, or send text
messages.

Cell Phones and Communication Devices

While the company understands that cell phones and related devices are used in the
context of business, they are a distraction. Employees are therefore asked to leave their
cell phones or other communication devices at their desk during company meetings. If it
is imperative to have you cell phone with you (in case of an emergency, or sick child at
home, for instance), a cell phone may be carried if it is set on vibrate.

Personal Cell Phone for Business Purposes

The company is aware that an employee may find it necessary to conduct company
business from their personal cell phone, while driving their personal vehicle. Research
confirms the danger in cell phone use while driving. Therefore, the company prohibits
cell phone use that is in any way related to company business, while driving. Cell phone
use includes all texting, using the internet, mobile email, or checking phone messages.
Company business includes any communication related to the company, your
employment at the company, customers, or meetings.

Should you find it necessary to use your phone while driving, you are required to stop
your vehicle in a safe location to make or receive your call or message. Engaging in
company business on a cell phone (whether your own or supplied by the company) while
driving is strictly prohibited.

Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action.
