FROM MARSHA DANET:
If I had to sum up my life in a single word, that word
would be, "survivor." Two car accidents 20 years
apart forced me to give up my goals and dreams. I
had to make a new plan. The injuries I sustained
were not going to define me. I carved out a life that
was fulfilling, fun and void of bitterness. I have
always been a sensitive and compassionate
person. I know what it means first hand to live with
constant and, at times, excruciating pain. Through
the years, I have helped people not as the
psychotherapist I intended to become, but as a lay
person who could empathize.
I had chosen not to take medications, always fearful
of the side effects. Approximately 18 months ago, I
began drinking PAW water starting with the
smallest amount I could imagine, 1/8th of a
teaspoon. Using that amount as my foundation, I
built upon it to where I now consume approximately
48 ounces of PAW water per day.
Now once again, I find myself having to make
another plan. I no longer see myself as a fragile
person who needs to structure each day just to get
through it. I am now someone who experiences
mild discomfort. I am on a permanent vacation from
my former self.
I make no claims to others. I only intend to share
my story, and I thank those three men for the
miracle they have given to me.

FROM BURTON DANET:
Previously painstaking care was taken to describe
evolving phenomena following the introduction of
Plasma Activated Water (PAW) into my diet. These
observations have been duly recorded at
http://abc4all.net/paw.htm and on a
number of additional ABC4All websites, most of
which can be linked to from the main informational
site since originally receiving permission to make
such recordings. There are two summary "Case
Reports" written 2 years apart, one in 06/04 - 3
months after starting to consume PAW - and one in
06/06, 2 years later. Both of these reports speak for
themselves.
However, the content of those Case Reports, does
NOT convey all that has been experienced. Along
the way, there has been a coinage of new terms to
attempt, at least, to describe, in words, the
phenomena being observed that were unfolding.
Both of those terms, "Unimaginable Health
Heights" and "Improvements Upon Improvements
(IUI)" turn out NOT to have been sufficient, fully, to
share what has been observed. In recent
weeks/months, the observations continue to
suggest that there is no end in sight of the
improvements that can take place.
One example will suffice here:
On 09/29/06, I sustained a fall when tripping on a
curb during a "power walk" locally. I fell hard, full
force, mostly on my right side. I managed to stand
up, was quite dazed and had to pause to recover,
standing next to a pole for a few moments before

walking the short distance the rest of the way
home. However, after falling, I immediately felt pain.
I experienced a severe "road burn" on the bottom of
my right arm that was raw and bleeding. I had
additional open bleeding abrasions on both knees.
As it turned out, I later learned that I had also
severely injured my right shoulder. Subsequent
physician evaluations, x-rays and MRI revealed a
likely "full-thickness tear" of the right rotator cuff,
requiring surgery. There was also a demonstrable
(on x-ray) fracture of the right humerus. The
fracture caused the orthopedist to hold off on
surgery and instead to assign me to physical
therapy for 4 weeks to see if there might be healing
of the fracture before surgery would be undertaken.
In short, since then, the progress / recovery /
rehabilitation from these injuries have been so
dramatic and have gone so well that, at the present
time, instead of being referred for surgery, another
4 weeks of physical therapy will determine if
surgery will be needed at all. This has astonished
the therapists involved as well as the orthopedist.
The above example of the ability for
quick/dramatic/atypical healing from an injury is
only one indicator that the present health condition
that has replaced untold suffering, daily and
constant pain from head to toe (fibromyalgia) and
many other medical diagnoses which were causing
a failure for continued effort at rehabilitation to be
successful prior to PAW consumption:

It is with the deepest gratitude, therefore, that I
convey heartfelt thanks to HEI for making available
this amazing discovery that you have stumbled

Much more importantly, however, I must state the
following. Marsha's injuries were always much
more serious and thoroughgoing than were mine in
our collective history. Even though over the years I
have experienced multiple accidents/traumas alone,
without Marsha, her condition has always been
significantly worse - so debilitating, in fact, that at
times I became her sole and constant caregiver
while she was bedridden, unable to walk, due to
severe exacerbation of sciatica. The original life-
altering car accidents she mentions caused
profound changes in both of our lives, but
hampered her ability to function in the workplace.
Her attitude and perseverance to make do despite
such personal compromise in living - with an
inspiring attitude - have always led me to view her
as my hero. These feelings were acknowledged in
an original poem, called "Imagine:"

Neither one of us could have imagined that such a
heightened level of improved health would have
been realized during our lifetime, given all that we
have suffered. Our doctors, including Dr. Steven
Tunnell, referenced above, have stated that they are
observing what can only be described as a
"miraculous recovery."
The fact is, there are no miracles here. The
scientific basis upon which PAW was discovered
and studied, well before any observations have
come in regarding phenomena which have
occurred subsequent to personal human
consumption of PAW, suggests that not a stitch of
clinical information (such as is currently being
studied by herbalist and scientist John Butters

to know that PAW offers myriad benefits for the
world.
What never crossed my mind, however, was that it
would be possible for Marsha to reach the level of
health height she now is describing some 18
months later after she began consuming PAW.
Marsha’s recounting of her developments is equally
shocking/astonishing to her husband of over 41
years. Her slow but steady acclimation to the water
involved a gradual, but ever-increasing
phenomenon described by her over the many
months since she has been consuming the water.
Most recently, however, she has been confronted,
repeatedly, by various "benchmark" experiences
that attest to the changes that have been occurring
for the better. Such comparisons of how Marsha
has had to deal with certain events that have been
accumulating, one after the other, has caused her,
also, now to be confronted with uncontestable
proof that her clinical condition has been
continuing to improve over time. To go from such
severely debilitating, constant daily suffering to
"mild discomfort" never would have been predicted
by anyone. For her to regain the ability to achieve
stamina in living permitting resumption of activities
she has not been able to do for years is something
to behold. The confrontation for the better has
produced a profound emotional reaction that has
included tears of joy and astonishment in both of
us. While overwhelming at first, such reactions are
becoming part of everyday reality for two people
blessed and privileged to have available PAW to
drink in unlimited amounts for so long now.

The first section of Joshua’s thesis,
Water Treatment for the
Not So Distant Future
on Plasma Activated Water (PAW) traces
the life of a drop of water as it circulates in
different forms around the world as part of
“The Water Cycle.” The drop meets many
sources of ugly contamination, but then
finally, arrives at the plasma reactor and is
renewed:
…The drop enters the reactor and flows “nearby a
reactor of plasma. Radio-controlled electromagnetic
frequencies bombard your molecules, killing all bacteria
and causing your water molecules to dissociate out of
their large clusters.
What just happened? In a matter of seconds,
your clusters dissipated. Now your molecules are
stable as monomolecular H2O. Towards the end of
the reactor, the stream of water you are in is
separated by electrodes into positively and

negatively charged water. You split in half so that
half of your molecules congregate at the anode.
These molecules have a high positive charge (low
pH) making them acid-like. The other half of your
molecules congregate at the cathode and obtain a
high negative charge (high pH) making them
alkaline. The implications of the pH determine how
high of an Oxidation Reduction potential (ORP) is in
your drops. As ordinary tap water, you had a pH of
approximately 7.0 and an ORP of +500 mV, a perfect
setting for bacteria to thrive. When you became
plasma activated into positively charged water, you
obtained a pH of 2.5 and an ORP of +1200 mV, a
setting that is antibacterial and antiviral. The half of
you that turned into negatively charged “alkaline”
water obtained a pH of 9.5 and an ORP of -300 mV.
In this state, the water molecules are saturated with
excess electrons, hence the negative ORP value.
The alkaline water is also not a conducive
environment for harmful bacteria, viruses, or algae.

The phosphates, nitrates, sulfates, carbonates and
all the heavy metals which had precipitated out of the
water when it took on its monomolecular state, collect in
the filter you pass through. Simultaneously, the
chlorine which was ionically dissolved in your drop
gassed off upon plasma treatment
Feeling energized now, both positively and
negatively you await your coming opportunities to
serve humanity. Will you, the alkaline water be
drunk to re-hydrate and replenish a body that is
diseased and degenerating? Or, will you the acidic
water be used to clean hotel bathrooms or sterilize
medical instruments. You can do all these
actions and more! Why? Because now in a
monomolecular state you emanate with live giving
charged energy. Completely naturally, it is just the

simply by virtue of having passed through

Okay. So what is PAW?
Plasma Activated Water (PAW) was
invented in a Physics Laboratory in
Southern California. At 2.5 pH PAW is
validated by independent laboratory
testing to be antiviral and antibacterial,
and it kills Anthrax in 30 seconds. 9.5 pH
PAW is an extraordinarily healthy water
to drink and is consumed by humans.

What does pH mean?
This is a measure of how acidic or
alkaline a substance is. The initials pH
stand for "Potential of Hydrogen." Acids
have pH values under 7, and alkalis have
pH values over 7. If a substance has a pH
value of 7, it is neutral-neither acidic or
alkaline.

Hydro Enterprises, Inc., a Nevada
corporation (HEI) develops and markets a
breakthrough biotechnology that alters the
molecular composition of tap water into an
activated / monomolecular state or Plasma
Activated Water (PAW) through an innovative
non-thermal plasma process. The proprietary
plasma process destroys and breaks down
the molecular cluster of ordinary tap water
changing the original composition into
activated anti-bacterial water or PAW. The
anti-bacterial features of PAW provide many
valuable applications and cost saving
solutions for the agriculture industry including
the treatment, disinfecting, sanitizing and
storage of food products
HEI's plasma treatment of water and/or
water solutions can be used for obtaining
highly active micro-cluster liquids like
antibacterial solutions etc. The apparatus for
plasma treatment includes at least one
plasma reactor, which contains coaxial
cylindrical and perforated electrodes, a quartz
tube, a grounded cylindrical body, and a
diaphragm installed between the body and
the quartz tube.
Technology Summary

The founders of this revolutionary
process have over 20 years experience
in plasma physics. In the past they have
produced fine powders out of materials
such as aluminum for rocket fuel,
magnesium, tungsten and silica. This
process called for the use of a
plasmatron torch at ultra high
temperatures of over 10,000 degrees. It
was from years of using such plasma
processes and applications of ionized
gas that helped bring about this
breakthrough in water treatment
technology.
Common tap water or drinking water is not a
monomolecular liquid, but a clustered liquid.
Clustered water consists of water molecules
forming small groups or clusters. The other
characteristic of clustered tap water is a
hydrogen index (pH) between 7-8 and an
oxidation-reduction potential (electron
activity) averaging +500 mV. Water with a pH
of 7 is neutral, neither acidic or nor basic;
lower pH levels indicate increasing activity,
while pH levels higher than 7 indicate a more
basic solution. (See Figure 1)
The plasma process can produce both
low and high levels of pH water

depending upon the application.
Lower pH levels will result in water used for
anti-bacterial and sanitizing needs. Higher pH
levels will result in water used for feeding and
drinking.
This plasma process is unique because it
is a non-chemical method of treatment.
The plasma technology breaks the
clusters of molecules in the water
producing
monomolecular water. The process uses a
gas mixture of oxidizing and/or reducing
agents that are ionized creating plasma
inside of a quartz vessel. This newly created
plasma contains ionization properties
including charged particles, ultrasound
modulation and ultra-violet radiation.
Tap water is then processed through the
plasma reactor. The water crosses an
electric/magnetic field and is also exposed to
ultrasound and ultraviolet radiation from the rf
pulse plasma. This treatment destroys the
molecular clusters contained in tap water.
The number of molecules in tap water
clusters decrease from 10-24 to 1-3 for PAW.
Water activity increases in proportion to the
decrease of water clusters.
The PAW or monomolecular/activated water

now has small sized water molecules
allowing it to penetrate the membranes and
pores of produce and animal foods and
subsequently killing most types of bacteria.
The new monomolecular structure of PAW
increases the effectiveness of the low levels
of chlorine already found in tap water and
makes the chlorine much more aggressive
towards bacteria. Combined with a lower pH
level, the PAW becomes even a more
powerful anti-bacterial agent making the
water more acidic. What makes PAW one of
the most effective and safe anti-bacterial
tools on the market today is the fact that is
not harmful to humans. Even with the PAW
being at a low pH it will not burn human skin
and can be disposed of without special
handling.
Our plasma process will transform the
impurities of tap water from their original
composition to a more safe, efficient and
effective way of water use. Mineral
substances are easily dissolved in the water

effective and easy. The hardness of PAW is
less than tap water as carbonates get

Three Coinages!
New Terms Created to describe PAW!
Observing reactions to PAW caused the
creation of three new terms to describe what
was happening!
The first coinage: "Unimaginable Health

After years of degeneration and fighting to
rehabilitate from life-altering car accidents
and major health deterioration with onset of
a variety of progressive medical conditions,
the author began to experience a rapid
recovery and rejuvenation. Never was it
even a dream to recover a healthy robust
lifestyle! So the level of health that returned

The second coinage: "Improvements
Upon Improvements."
The improvements kept getting better and
better. It was as if the progress being

In a year's time 30 doctor visits took
place in Burton Danet’s quest to get
better from a serious, debilitating triple
trip and fall accident in 2002 and then a

This video depicts Burton Danet who, in
2003, was unable to breathe well, could
not even go for a short walk without

having breathing difficulties. He had
already fainted twice, was repeatedly
becoming lightheaded, unable to
exercise, having to stop dead in his
tracks and recover from the
lightheadedness. The lightheadedness
lasted for 15-20 seconds, apparently
caused by inadequate breathing function.
In order not to not faint, it was necessary
to stop, recover and then move on (until
the next episode of lightheadedness that
was occurring more and more
frequently). The picture from his 2003
driver’s license shows someone who
clearly was ill:
He had a variety of medical diagnoses
that were not responding to traditional
treatment, including repeated infections
(urinary tract infections, gastritis,
prostatitis, etc.).
He was taking a variety of medications
including eye drops for post-stroke
glaucoma that was "off the charts"
causing blurred vision and inability to
read, work at the computer, etc. This
condition was considered irreversible
(subsequently was reversed).

In March 2003, Robert Chew, ABC4All
Co-Founder, introduced Dr. Danet to the
Scientific Team of HEI and their new
discovery, Plasma Activated Water
(PAW). From that date until now, with
only one exception recorded as part of
the initial case report authorized by
HEI, Burton and Marsha Danet have been
provided with an uninterrupted supply of
Plasma Activated Water (PAW) which
they consume on a regular basis
exclusively.
Burton Danet takes NO medications
now. His Routine Laboratory Test
Results are normal.
The follow up MRI documenting a left
pontine nonhemorrhagic stroke that
occurred in 2003 no longer reveals the
lesion, a phenomenon the neurologist
had not seen before.
Benign prostatic hypertrophy or BPH
(enlarged prostate causing a slow down
in the urinary stream and for which he
was taking medication) has reversed. The
doctor’s last examination was "Normal
prostate for age." He has NEVER had that
result of a digital exam in many years,

the finding was always "enlarged but
benign."
His cholesterol for 6.5 decades was 220-
304. After PAW and with alkalizing
greens, the value dipped into the normal
range with the reading as low as 155 (200
is the upper limit of normal). (Possible
conclusion: high cholestrol was NOT
genetic which had been a plausible
hypothesis).
He has reversed facial lesions called
"actinic keratoses" caused by early
childhood sun exposure that have led to
2 basal cell carcinomas in the past and
which had to be removed surgically. Now
he avoids/heals the lesions with external
application of acidic water ( 2.5 pH).

INCLUDING the new white "baby skin"
now surrounding the shrinking lesion
(which has since disappeared).
He has healed many other wounds with
just PAW. The lesion on his forehead

This new method for controlling,
avoiding such lesions is in sharp
contrast to dermatologists who wanted
to prescribe chemotherapy because the
"liquid nitrogen freezing" technique was
only palliative, not curative. In the past,
such freezing of the lesions led to the
formation of scabs that fell off but with
the return of a bleeding lesion. In
contrast, the application of PAW at first
causes bleeding to stop very quickly with
subsequent rapid healing. This is done
ONLY with the constant, repeated,
application of PAW - no antibiotic
ointment is used.

Globi what? Bridge of what?
Hold on. Let's start at the beginning.
Since getting onto the Internet, I have
been aware that it is possible to utilize
existing technology to maximize
charitable contributions. That knowledge
has become the driving force behind the
phenomenon that has come to be known
as “A Better Community for All
(ABC4All).”
This new virtual entity in the world may
be best understood by reading the
“Welcome” website or by
watching/listening to the ABC4All
Dream Realized Power Point
Presentation. A more comprehensive
summary is also available.
Trained as a clinical psychologist, then
psychoanalyst, it became necessary to
retire from that profession in the late 80s.
Since then a “lifetime of rehabilitation”
has been diverted to helping make it a
better community for all. What was not
anticipated, however, was that such a

person, fast losing ground in the
rehabilitation battle, would be
transformed into a walking miracle with
a rejuvenation unheard of in the world.
So what's it all about?
In 03/2004, ABC4All Co-Founder Bob
Chew introduced me to a Team of
Russian Scientists/Engineers. They
had accidentally discovered that the
water they were using to cool down
plasma experiments in their physics
laboratory not only tasted good, but had
rather spectacular properties. So they
began drinking the water and then gave it
to their families. The CEO's grandson
became the only child in his school who
never got sick!
That is how it started.
From then till now, so much has been
learned about the myriad applications
PAW has for the world.
But personally a physical transformation
(rejuvenation) has occurred that is

clearly belonging in the "Guiness Book
of Records." Till then, here's the scoop.
There's a lot of information about the
sad, sorry state physically to which I had
arrived by the time I turned the age of 64.
But thanks to Bob and then the Russian
Team from Hydro Enterprises, Inc., what
followed in my own recovery has led to
the following:

Then, too, it has a huge negative charge.

2005: The Year of the PAW!
A declaration followed making 2006
"The Year of Relief."
The plan is to make 2007 the year of the
launch of the ABC4All Bridge of Relief!
Historically, along the way (8-1/2 years)
we at ABC4All have created the
GlobiVersity which is simply FREE
education for ALL.
Then the "Bridge of Relief" became the
concept to offer "Global Humanitarian
Relief" to the World.

For now, let's just finish with the
rehabilitation story.
More than two years have passed since I
began consuming PAW. Two historic
case reports were authorized by HEI for

publication. The first case report was
written only 3 months after starting
consuming PAW in (06/04).
The second case report was written 2
years later. See the addendum at the top.
From then till now--the recovery has
been remarkable!
Dramatic!
Now the statement is, "I'm 67, going on
26 minus, and I don't know how low I will
go!"
The rejuvenation/rehabilitation includes
the reversal of EVERY medical diagnosis
from which I had been suffering with one
exception. I take NO medication now,
only natural supplements.
Unimagined "Health Heights™" and
"Improvements Upon Improvements
(IUI)" -- these terms have been coined to
describe the phenomenon of personal
recovery.

Petals" describing a new paradigm of
Improving Health Maintenance (IHM).
Okay, I know, you're saying, "This can't
be real."
Well, just take a look at the "Before" and
"After" pictures.
Take a look at all the before/after
medical data from various laboratories
and then see if you still make that
statement.
Yes, the fact is that all that used to be
abnormal now is normal. This includes
an "Exercise Stress Treadmill Test"
which used to have abnormal ST T-wave
patterns requiring further testing such as
an echocardiogram and stress
echocardiogram which turned out also to
be "abnormal." On 08/23/2006, the
Interpretation of the Exercise Stress
Treadmill Test is "negative for significant
ischemia. Patient reached 10 METS and
103% of target heart rate without
symptoms."

A recent echocardiogram test which
used to be abnormal also now was
normal! So BOTH the EKG and the
Echocardiogram, which used to be
abnormal, are now NORMAL!
Plasma Activated Water - PAW. That's it!

We all can get used to the term, because
it represents Global Humanitarian Relief,
Improvement in Health Maintenance, and
so much more...
