					     Blind Voting System: Instructions
1.    Teacher acts as voting supervisor. In the event of a tie, the
      teacher has the casting vote.
2.    When the question to be put to the vote is decided, the process
      begins.
3.    All voters must close their eyes and keep them closed until voting
      is over and may not speak during the process.
4.    Teacher puts the question and asks for votes ‘for’ each of the
      options or candidates.
5.    Learners raise their hands to vote and these votes are counted.
6.    This continues until all the voting options are cover.
7.    Teacher announces the result.
