            FOR THURSDAY, MARCH 6/08

       BINGO

       Expect 200+ at the bingo night, 40 door prizes, and Bingo 1-9 last bingo 2 cell
phones.

       Volunteers are in order, checking people as they come in
       Need clean up

       Garbage arrange with where we put garbage
             Cleaning supplies
             Jim best to follow up

       Bingo Caller- Mr. Hampson to make announcement to ask if people to help in the
clean up after the bingo

       School clothing- set up hallway outside the bathroom
       Cookbooks
       Cookie dough fundraiser
       Table outside the gym for bingo sales etc.

       Src student’s hotdog tickets

       MEALS
       93 meals with online
       52 without onions
       145 meals ordered

April possible hot lunch

Cookie dough- will have forms
             Delivery April 25th 2008-04-03

Bingo license completed
