This is a public meeting of the Board of Trustees. This agenda item is included for the purpose of giving anyone in attendance an opportunity to address the Board of Trustees on items not on the agenda. Open forum provides for an opportunity for public input and commentary. It is not a time to engage in extended questions and answers with the Board of Trustees. Presentations not on the Agenda will be limited to 5 minutes. The Board of Trustees is prohibited by law from taking any action on any item presented if it is not listed on the agenda. The public will have an opportunity to comment on each Agenda item before Board of Trustees discussion of that item. Comments should be related only to the item under consideration and should not be repetitious. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to limit the length of individual comment. If a visitor has a complaint about a specific employee of the district, they will be requested to follow the district’s Uniform Complaint Procedure which is available at all Board of Trustee M eetings. When addressing the Board of Trustees, visitors will speak so everyone in attendance can hear and state their name for the record.
