the needs of business customers.

Management department is responsible for managing both the existing products and also for
leading the development of new products.

Due to internal promotion and also a recent leaver, we have two roles available in this Department.
The split of product responsibilities may change from the way it is currently split and will depend on
the experience and skills of the successful candidates.

Primary Functions

        Manage in-life products to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised
        Manage in-life products to ensure that partner and Griffin margin is maximised
        Provide product and pricing support to sales force to drive product sales
        Contribute product ideas and business cases to new product development process
        Contribute to Griffin website, publications and events to promote products

Secondary Functions

        Provide product support to partners to drive product sales
        Contribute to Griffin website, publications and events to promote products
        Contribute to trade press and events to provide though leadership on relevant technologies
