SAN DIEGO, CA – October 8, 2009 – Samsung Telecommunications America (Samsung Mobile), the
No. 1 mobile phone provider in the U.S., and Enterprise Mobile, a provider of outsourced lifecycle
services that help enterprises develop, deploy, support and manage mobility strategies, today announced
plans to collaborate to deploy and manage Windows Mobile® powered smart phones for enterprise
customers. The project will provide mobile employees with advanced messaging solutions and access to
critical line of business applications.

The collaboration centers on Samsung’s commitment to deliver high quality, full-featured and enterprise-
ready mobility smart phones that bring the power and capabilities of an office computer to a mobile
device. Enterprise Mobile contributes its expertise and successful history of deploying mobility initiatives
with renowned, ongoing management and support. Samsung’s smart phone devices are feature-rich and
include QWERTY keyboards with turbo scroll and intuitive touch screens such as the Samsung Propel
Pro™, Samsung Jack™, Samsung Epix™, Samsung Saga™, Samsung Omnia™ and the recently
announced Samsung Intrepid™. These devices are designed so mobile workers can easily send and
receive emails, view and update their calendars, read documents and access the Internet. Moreover,
enterprise users will have fast and easy access to corporate information and resources when running line
of business applications.
