The Regulations require P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment) for example, safety helmets, gloves, eye protection and high-visibility clothing, to be supplied and used at work wherever there are risks to workers. A record of issue should be kept by the Company.

The personal protective equipment (P.P.E.) listed below is issued to you in accordance with the Management of Health
and Safety at Work Regulations 1992 and the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992.
It is your responsibility to:
             1. Wear and use each item of P.P.E. in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and any training
                given.
             2. To clean and store the P.P.E. correctly.
             3. To report any defects when discovered and to obtain replacements.
