The final grade of the directed study is due in the graduate administrator's office BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE TERM
FOLLOWING the term in which the directed study is registered. IF NO FINAL GRADE HAS BEEN REPORTED BY THIS
DEADLINE, AN F WILL BE REPORTED INSTEAD.
The student should hand in the final report to the supervising professor at least a week before the deadline, to allow him/her
sufficient time to mark it.
You must attach to this form a one page description of the proposed directed study, with the following parts:
Title of the study.
Short description of the study (150-300 words).
Set of milestones to be achieved, with dates.
Criteria for the evaluation of the outcome of the directed study.
THIS FORM IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE GRADUATE COORDINATOR BY THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK OF
CLASSES OF THE TERM IN WHICH THE DIRECTED STUDY WILL BE CONDUCTED.
