Section C – General Information
3. The following is provided for your information:
Registered Vehicle Expiration Stickers (AF2219). The AFPDC currently has stock of 2011 and 2012 registered
vehicle expiration stickers which must be exhausted before we issue additional 2013 expiration stickers. Issue of
AF2219B (2013) stickers is currently on hold pending exhaustion of AF2219A (2012) and AF2219Z (2011)
stickers.
DD Form 67, "Form Processing Action Request," provides the cancellation notice for DD Form 2163, "Medical
Equipment Verification/Certification." The form no longer qualifies as a DD Form since Navy and Air Force no
longer use it. With the Department of the Army being the only user, it now qualifies as a DA (Department of
Army) Form. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact Mr. Peter Moseley, (202) 404-2445,
Department of the Air Force Forms Management Officer, which is the Office of Primary Responsibility for the DD
Form.
