 The Company:          Jellyfish are an online marketing company working predominately in the publishing
                       sector. We create awarding winning marketing campaigns using cutting edge search
                       engine technologies whilst applying a deep understanding of user interaction online.

                       Jellyfish is renowned for its meticulous approach and attention to detail reflected in a
                       client list which includes prestigious names such as EMAP, Dennis Publishing, Which?
                       Online, Reed Business Information and Haymarket.

 Profile of Role:      Responsible for the efficient day to day running of assigned SEM client accounts,
                       focusing on retention & growth.

                       Proactively builds strong working relationships with (internal and) external contacts
                       to deliver exemplary standards of service at all times.

                       Helps drive the commercial agenda by identifying opportunities. Is professional,
                       credible and efficient – an ambassador for the brand.




A. Technical Responsibilities
1.   Is proficient with using Microsoft Office particularly Excel.

2.   Has a basic knowledge of the technologies involved in running (Jellyfish) SEM campaigns.

3.   Has an adequate level of organisational skills as to ensure seamless standards of project and campaign delivery.




B. Business Management Responsibilities
1.   Integral in facilitating the account strategy to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

2.   Works closely with the Account Director to identify and develop strategic opportunities for client campaigns.

3.   Nurtures positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third party suppliers.

4.   Is the custodian of client records, information and instructions – held in accordance with Jellyfish company policy.

5.   Responsible for the appropriation of client funds to maintain seamless and efficient campaign management.

6.   Responsible for the production and presentation of client facing SEM materials (reports, studies, presentations
     and proposals) to Jellyfish brand standards.

7.   Takes ownership of client needs/requests and facilitates their completion.

8.   Meets and exceeds client expectations by utilising Jellyfish client processes and procedures to get results.

9.   Achieves continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish’s working relationships, practices and
     methods.


C. Deliverables
1.   Demonstrates measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. E.g. account turnover and profitability,
     campaign management, report generation/analysis and overall service.
