State of Vermont Department of Housing and Community Affairs Request for Proposals
The State of Vermont is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to prepare the Housing Needs Assessment portion of the State’s 5-Year Consolidated Plan for 2010-2015. Bidders should be experts in the development of Consolidated Plans for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
