Registration: To reserve your place in the 2010 FLORENCE program, submit your registration
form to the Memphis CIBER by March 12th, 2010.
1) Register online: Go to www.memphis.edu/wangctr for the link to the
   'Florence Online Registration' form.
2) Or, complete the registration from on this page and fax to 901-678-3678

The registration fee includes lodging for one person for the dates indicated on the
program.

Registration Fee is $2,950, if received by March 12th, and $3,150 thereafter. The program
fee does not cover travel expenses to/from Florence (airfare, taxis, trains, etc.), meals not
specified on the program, and/or incidental expenses.

Cancellation: For a full refund, notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to
Memphis CIBER before March 30th, 2010.

Payment: A Credit Card payment form is available at the Memphis CIBER website.
