OUTSTANDING HEALTH EDUCATOR AWARD, 2003 NCPHA Golden Project Award, Marcy Green, leadership role in forming partnerships in the community which directly affect the resources of the health department. Award presented by the NCSOPHE Assn. (N.C. Society for Public Health Educators, Inc.) 2004 DR. HAM STEVENS AWARD The N.C. Local Health Director's Association presented Tim Green the Dr. Ham Stevens Award at their Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, January 28, 2004. This award is presented to an individual who has contributed over time significantly to the betterment of local public health. The recipient demonstrates leadership for causes that have a positive effect on public health at the local, regional, state and/or national level. The recipient is involved and participates in activities of community organizations that are community spirited and are organized for the well-being of mankind.
