							REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES BY THE COUNTY OF MADISON, MONTANA

The County of Madison has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Planning Grant by the Montana Department of Commerce (DOC) to prepare a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) for a project to improve two nursing home facilities, Tobacco Root Mountain Care Center (TRMCC), located in Sheridan, Montana, and Madison Valley Manor (MVM), located in Ennis, Montana. The County of Madison is requesting proposals for architectural services to assist the governing body while complying with all applicable requirements under the Montana CDBG Program. Compensation will be negotiated with the selected offeror. Copies of the detailed request for proposals (RFP), including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by contacting Madison County at P.O.
