   Bill & Shawn Phillips (Bill’s Brother ‘Mr. Six pack’ Abs not Beer) methods of training agree with the
                          ‘high intensity system’ I had been doing for many years .
Since I was the owner of a Nautilus ™ Fitness Center and an avid reader of Nautilus material I had also met
                   Ellington Darden Author of most of the Nautilus books and manuals .
                    As a Former Queensland Olympic weightlifter myself (middleweight)

            HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE ?
                      Three Weights sessions (can be combined with Boxing/Kicking)
                            and Three Cardio sessions = 6 sessions per week .

          DO I HAVE TO BE PERSONALLY TRAINED EACH SESSION?
                            NO YOU DO NOT!
                    we can do Personal Training 1 , 2 or 3 times per week depending on
                              YOUR SELF-MOTIVATION and BUDGET .

       For Example You may do 2 personal training Sessions (with a Coach) and 4 session your self etc
                  You can ‘mix and match’ to suit yourself and your previous experience.

Not all Clients Coached by Healy’s enter the Body for Life ™ Program and choose not to , they simply want to
                    CHALLENGE THEMSELVES and run a PERSONAL CHALLENGE
