Overview of the IDA Punch List


  The Punch List ……

  Provides a location to easily place items identified and
    suggested by the Market Participants during review
    of various documents and TPTF meetings.

  (Example 1; no change to the business requirements
    but consider xxx during detailed design.)

  (Example 2; MMS states it is getting the Fuel Index
    from S & B but S & B is silent on the issue.

  Provides a way for ERCOT to keep track of these items
    and their status.

Process


 1) Projects responsible for their tab. Items on project tabs
    are items that are isolated to that system/project.

 2) The “Cross Project tab” is where issues and ideas that
    require coordination and integration are placed and
    worked.

 3) Items logged on the IDA Punch List can be “pushed” to
    other lists and projects. “Content Inventory List” and
    “Design Clearing House” are examples.

 4) Some entries need clarification and we will ask for them.

 5) Once an item is added to the list --- we will give it a
    number and will not delete.
