Courses Committee deadlines The dates below relate to courses committees. Note: For proposals for new courses, the following timeline is recommended: an Initial Strategic Assessment on OCAP by 11 Mar 09, Course Plan submitted on OCAP by 1 April 09 for consideration by Courses Planning Committee on 7 April 09, and Course Accreditation submitted on OCAP by 15 April 09 for consideration by Courses Accreditation Committee on 23 April 09 for Academic Board approval on 27 May 09. This information refers specifically to the timeframes for committee approvals. The other stages of course approval (course and award nomenclature and course commencment) will be organised by the APO in consultation with the faculties.
