Perform this procedure when you need to change the start and/or end date of a grant Business Process Overview
Any change in a grant’s start or end date must be reflected in SAP as postings are controlled by the grant validity. In order to change the change the start/end dates of the grant, every date field within the grant master record must be updated.

Fields
Grant. Valid From Date. Valid To Date.

Required Input
Enter the number of the grant to be updated. Enter the new grant start date. Enter the new grant end date.

Output - Results
The grant start/end dates have been changed

The dates must be updated in all of the following sections on this screen: Overhead Cost Record, Overhead Cost Limit (overall), Overhead Cost Limit (sponsored class level) and Replenishment. The Overall Cost Limit (sponsored class level) and the Replenishment sections can be viewed by using the scroll bar on the far right of the screen to move don the page.
