The Go- Kart Race
1. Wilf and Wilma saw the notice on the Girl Guides notice board. 2. The old go-kart in the shed was broken and rusty. 3. They tried the new go-kart on the hill in the park. 4. When the children raced in the park they crashed. 5. Chip’s idea to fix the go-karts was to make one go-kart out of two. They put the front of Anneena’s onto the back of Wilma’s. 6. The go-kart was called the Silver Bullet as it was painted silver. 7. The Silver Bullet won the best looking gokart award.
The Shiny Key
1. Chip was watching a TV programme about Magpies. 2. They found earring, switch, jigsaw, coins, pen, ball/marble, envelope and fork in the chair. 3.
