BANK TELLER TRAINING CERTIFICATE
This seven-week banking course will provide an introduction to the basic skills and information needed to
begin a new position as a teller. It will prepare tellers to interact well with customers, to complete processing
and settlement transactions quickly and correctly, and to be mindful of compliance issues that affect their
work. From how to count money to how to dress and groom, students will be active participants. Through
effective combination of instructor-led and role-play techniques, which stress customer service the course will
prepare students for the challenging job of a bank teller.

Upon successful completion of these seven weeks of training and contingent upon passing the job
requirements of our industry partners, the School of Banking places students into paid internships with local
financial institutions making from $9 to $11 per hour. Contact the number below for the next start date. A
