Extraordinary General Meeting cancelled
Following discussions between the Board of Directors and major shareholders,
the decision has been made not to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting
during December 2007.

In a press release dated November 21, 2007, the Board of Directors of CashGuard AB (publ)
announced that it would decline re-election and convene an Extraordinary General Meeting
during December to elect a new Board of Directors. Following this announcement, the principal
shareholders of CashGuard AB (publ) have taken a joint initiative to enable the Board of
Directors to continue serving as Members of the Board and further develop CashGuard.
Following discussions with said shareholders and the Nomination Committee, conditions have
been created for conducting Board work that is strategic and appropriate for the company. In
accordance with these conditions, the Board of Directors has thus agreed to remain in office.

Consequently, the Board majority will not convene an Extraordinary General Meeting as
disclosed in the previous press release.
