  • The RFP lists Website Development, Design, and Hosting as additional

of this project. Does the City prefer an out-of-the-box Content
Management System for use on their current website? NO

the current website with the Content Management System solution in

WEBSITE WITH A NEW WEBSITE AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT
      SYSTEM.

  • The RFP states Can the vendor provide interfaces to existing databases.
What existing databases is the City referring to? SQL DATABASES
• Is it the City’s preference to interface with these applications so that the
site visitor can simply access them through the website? Or is it their
preference to have a total integration between those databases and the
    website? INTERFACE

• Have any clarifying statements or Q&A documents been issued? NO
