District Governor Newsletter-Doug Simpson, Issue 1 Club Visits This first month has been a whirlwind as I have completed almost half of my official Club visits. Youth Exchange-District 6650 is sponsoring 23 Former RI President to Visit District Outbound Exchange Students this year. Our students will be living in Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Finland, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands, and Spain. Rajendra K. Saboo, RI President 91-92, will attend our District‟s inaugural Foundation appreciation dinner. Since 1998 he and his wife Usha have been serving hands-on as volunteers in Rotary Medicare projects in This month‟s spotlight is Africa, and have worked in Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, on France.
