Block/Lot: 513.43/6.
Site inspection 4-30-07. Homeowner on location. Advised him that
dumpster was a hazard in the street and needed to be removed. Mr. Duka
advised me that it was for the cleaning out of his basement and not for the
roofing business. I noticed a small amount of roofing materials in the
dumpster but most of it appeared to be general debri. I advised Mr. Duka
that he wasn't permitted to have a roofing advertisment sign on his lawn
unless he was replacing his own roof (which appeared new). Mr. Duka had
his son remove the sign immediately. Duka stated the dumpster was
scheduled to be picked up today or tomorrow. f also advised him that if he
was running a roofing business out of his home he would need to apply for
a home occupation. I also checked the block and lot file and discovered
that Mr. Duka applied for a home occupation permit on 12-4-2000. That
document stated that it was for an office only and that no commercial
vehicles, storage of equipment and no sign advertising was permitted. Mr.
Duka was in violation of having the advertisement sign on the property.

Site inspection on 10-19-06 revealed all vehicles that were unlicensed were
removed from the property. Site inspection at 2125 Old Maritan Pike
revealed no violations as per complaint of anonymous letter about both
properties.

      Dear Sir/Madam:

      I want to report what I perceive as a problem at 2125 Old Marlton Pike,
      Cherry Hill, NJ and 215 Mimosa Drive, Cherry Hill.        -

     The residents at these two residences obviously are conducting used car
     sales business from their residence. The problem that they are creating is
     that, due to the nature of their businesses,they are creating congestion on the
     street as they park their used car on the street (Mimosa Drive). This creates a
     problem for the City sweepers, and an unsightly neighborhood.

     It is my understanding that this is a residential neighborhood, and I doubt
     that thesepeople havelicensesto conducttheir car salesbusinesses.

     It would be greatly appreciate<lif someone could look into this matter.

Site inspection on 9-18-06. Homeowner on location permitted me access
 of the rear yard and home. No farm animals present. Homeowner
indicated they had a Iamb for a few hours on the date in question to watch
it. They were instructed that this was a violation of township ordinance and
that any future occurances would result in a summons. While on location,
two unregistered cars parked in driveway and on in street. Advised them
they had to be removed immediately. Follow-up inspection scheduled.
