Carriers not serious in introducing BWA because it will:  cannibalize own mobile revenues w/o equivalent return  force obsolescence of existing technology platform  erode and waste huge imbedded capital in technology 4. No technology substitute or BWA equivalent in next 10 years 5. No new players expected in midterm due to high entry barriers 6. Takes two (2) years to respond to a “first BWA operator” 6.
